Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer this absolutely stunning Conde Hermanos Felipe Conde FC27 V2 Flamenco Guitar made in Madrid, Spain in 2010.
 
This particular model Features the “Media Luna” headstock and one of the exclusive rosette designs only offered on these high-end models.

Weighing in at a mere 1.7kg (3.9lbs) with a lovely German Spruce top, clear pickguard, stunning Indian Rosewood back, sides, bridge, and headstock face, Brazilian Cedar neck, beautiful, dark Ebony fretboard, and exceptional multi binding detail with red stripe throughout.
 
This first class guitar is constructed with specially selected materials from Conde Hermanos' best stock. The woods are at least 30 years old on average.
 
This particular model features strong projection, high volume and incredible clarity. The string height (action) is absolutely perfect; unlike anything I have played previously.
 
For the Flamenco player, these guitars are on top of the pile!

Serviced and assessed here at Cushmic Sounds, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and lightly oiled.
 
NOTE: The strings on the guitar were only just added. At the current owner's request, I have kept them on. They are a medium tension.
 
Overall condition is 'Near Mint' and playability is superb.
