Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer this absolute tone machine Fender Custom Shop Limited 70th Anniversary "Broadcaster" Heavy Relic from 2021 in Aged Nocaster Blonde finish.
 
Now what's a "Broadcaster" you ask? Well, The Telecaster was originally named the "Broadcaster" when it was first introduced in the 1950s. However, due to a trademark issue, Fender briefly removed the "Broadcaster" name from the headstock, leading to a period where the guitars were referred to as "Nocasters." Eventually, the name was changed to Telecaster, and the guitar has been known by that name ever since. In terms of differences, the Nocaster is essentially a Telecaster from the brief period when it didn't have a name on the headstock. The Broadcaster, on the other hand, refers to the original Telecaster model before the name change. The main differences between these models would be in their historical significance, rarity, and potential vintage value, as the actual design and features are quite similar.
 
Weighing in at 3.2kg (7.1lbs) with a beautifully resonant aged 2-peice Ash body with 1-ply Black Pickguard, 1-peice Rift Sawn Maple neck with chunky 50's profile and Walnut skunk stripe, 7.25 - 9.50 Compound Radius fretboard with 21 Medium Vintage frets and Bone nut.
 
Featuring a set of gorgeous sounding Hand Wound Fender Custom Shop 50 - 51 Blackguard pickups, a Genuine Fender replacement wiring harness with 250k pots, Fender caps and 3-way switch has been professionally installed as the current owner explained; "the original wiring harness didn't seem to give the pickups the kick I was looking for". I can understand why they went for the replacement because this guitar is a tone Monster!
 
All aged Nickel hardware, Fender logo Vintage Tuners, Ashtray bridge with stamped PAT PEND No, and brass saddles.
 
Comes with its Original Fender Custom Shop Hardshell Tweed Case, Custom Shop Binder with Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), Custom Shop Floor Traveller and Hang Tag, Owner's Manual, Fender Leather Strap, Bridge Cover, Custom Shop Sticker, Fender Literature, Case Key and Original Wiring Harness.
 
Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics cleaned, tested and working perfectly, all hardware cleaned and secured.
 
Absolutely no fretware so playability is superb!
