Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer this Magnificent 2022 Limited Edition 60/63 Super Heavy Relic Stratocaster from the Fender Custom Shop in a glorious Super Heavy Relic Fiesta Red over 3 Color Sunburst finish.
 
Purchased from the States only 8 weeks ago (as of today's date 31/10/23) by a collector here in Perth who has since changed their mind about the colour due to having their eye on something else.
 
Weighing in at just 3.4kg (7.4lbs) the Super Heavy Relic Alder body is light, extremely comfortable, beautifully resonant and just a joy to play - You will NOT want to put this Strat down.
 
The Maple neck features a Large "C" shape profile and with the Super Heavy Relic finish, is deceptively comfortable. The fretboard is made from stunning AAA Rosewood with a 9.5" radius, 21 Narrow Tall 6105 frets and Micarta White Dot inlay.
 
Elctronics feature a set of Hand Wound 60/63 Custom Shop Pickups with 250k 10% Taper Split Pots, Fender Caps with Fender Treble Bleed Cap on the Volume Pot.
 
Now as this was only purchased a short time ago, it's setup from the Fender Custom Shop so intonation, action, bridge height, saddle height and pickup heights are all to Factory Spec. All I have done is lift the pickguard to photograph the electronics, lift the Back Plate to photograph the Tremolo Block and Springs, and put on a new set of D'Addario 10-46 Strings (as per Factory Spec guage).
 
Playability is absolutely superb, the Hand Wound Pickups sound incredible and with the light weight Alder body, this Strat is something else - it just sings!
 
Comes with its Original Fender Hardshell Case, Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) and Shop Floor Traveler (Spec Sheet) in a beautifully presented booklet for safe keeping, 2022 Fender Custom Guitar Design Guide, Fender Custom Shop Leather Strap, Fender Custom Shop Sticker, Fender Warrantly Booklet, Bridge Plate Cover, 2 spare Tremolo Springs, 1 spare Saddle Spring and Tremolo Arm.
